Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role predominantly serves adult and geriatric populations, addressing a variety of mental health disorders and relational issues. As we expand our reach, you may also have the opportunity to work with child and adolescent clients in the future. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• Demonstrated understanding of theoretical and clinical models relevant to marriage and family therapy.

• Capable of establishing therapeutic alliances and rapport with clients to promote engagement in the therapeutic process.

Compensation and Benefits\n
