Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and general accounting activities
  
  
  
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  
  
  
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure transactions are properly recorded
  
  
  
• Perform bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations
  
  
  
• Assist with month-end closing procedures
  
  
  
• Monitor invoices, payments, expenses, and outstanding balances
  
  
  
• Prepare and maintain financial reports for management
  
  
  
• Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and other accounting-related projects as needed
  
  
  
• Maintain organized financial documentation and support accurate recordkeeping
  
  
  
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and overall efficiency
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in bookkeeping or a similar accounting role
  
  
  
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial procedures
  
  
  
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations
  
  
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  
  
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
