Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and develop effective, tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care, to facilitate personal growth and well-being.

• Establish specific therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and monitor their progress throughout the therapeutic process.

• Provide teletherapy options to clients, ensuring accessibility for those facing geographical or physical challenges.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with ethical standards and agency protocols, ensuring client confidentiality and care continuity.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on the latest mental health treatment methodologies.

Your role will focus on working with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to complex trauma. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
