Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical support to clients experiencing severe emotional disturbances or major mental illnesses, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods.

• Establish and maintain positive rapport with clients and their families, helping them navigate the emotional challenges that arise during end-of-life care.

• Carry a manageable caseload of clients, conducting assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans focused on each patient's unique needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe environment for expression and healing.

• Monitor client progress, manage discharge planning, and appropriately document all services in compliance with organizational and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client care strategies, share insights, and enhance collective service delivery quality.

• Assist with crisis intervention when needed, providing immediate support to clients and families facing acute distress.

• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop safety plans to mitigate potential crises.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
