Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their unique needs, strengths, and challenges, ultimately leading to the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual clients, focusing on modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and trauma-informed care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with HIPAA guidelines to ensure confidentiality and quality of care.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and peer support specialists, to create comprehensive care plans that prioritize holistic well-being.

• Continuously expand your professional knowledge through participation in workshops, training sessions, and review of recent research to stay abreast of best practices in social work and mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting clients who are grappling with various mental health challenges, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), generalized anxiety disorder, and major depressive disorder. Many of our clients come from diverse backgrounds and may have experienced systemic barriers to accessing care. This role will require cultural competency and an understanding of social determinants of health to effectively engage with and support a wide array of individuals in our community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• Valid and active LCSW license in the state of Illinois.

• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations.

• Ability to work productively in a remote collaborative team setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-master’s experience in a mental health or clinical setting.
