Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in home care settings to assess their physical abilities, limitations, and overall health.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs and therapeutic goals of each patient.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including exercises, hands-on therapy, and assistive equipment, to facilitate recovery and enhance mobility.
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment meticulously, ensuring accurate records for future evaluations and adjustments.
• Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to provide education on treatment procedures and assistive modalities.
• Reevaluate patient progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on patient feedback and clinical observations.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy by attending workshops, participating in professional networks, and engaging with peer-reviewed publications.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility services a wide range of clients, from children to seniors, each with unique diagnoses and recovery needs. You will be responsible for treating patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and post-surgical rehabilitations. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• A valid state-issued license to practice physical therapy in Florida.

• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to varied patient needs and treatment scenarios.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
