About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
• Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect current food trends and customer preferences.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control to maximize profitability.
• Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and evaluate kitchen performance, making adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency.
• Engage with guests to receive feedback and enhance menu offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong culinary skills with a passion for creating diverse and high-quality dishes.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
