The Role

You’ll be part of a growing Casualty team focused on building a profitable, sustainable book of E&S business .

This is a broker-facing, production-driven role where you will:

• Trade actively with wholesale brokers
\n
• Drive submission flow within appetite
\n
• Underwrite both new business and renewals
\n
• Make fast, informed decisions on pricing and risk selection
\n
• Help shape portfolio strategy through data and insight
\n

You won’t just underwrite—you’ll build .

What We’re Looking For

We’re after underwriters who know their market and back their judgement.

You should bring:

\n
• 3+ years’ experience underwriting E&S Casualty / General Liability
\n
• Strong exposure across sectors like construction, real estate, manufacturing, habitational, hospitality, retail, etc.
\n
• Experience working with admitted and non-admitted paper
\n
• Established wholesale broker relationships in the South East
\n
• A clear understanding of pricing, risk selection, and loss ratio management
\n
• Confidence working both independently and as part of a high-performing team
\n
