Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and goals, establishing a foundation for effective treatment planning.

• Deliver individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The role involves working with a varied clinical population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will address a broad spectrum of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and behavioral disorders. This diverse client focus enables our therapists to utilize their expertise and adapt techniques to meet the specific needs of individuals at different stages of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must possess an active state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Oregon.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical mental health setting, showcasing your capacity to handle therapeutic relationships effectively.
