Salary: $55,000.00 $70,000.00 per year

What We Require

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of continuous experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Solid knowledge of Accounting standards, GAAP and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Advanced Excel knowledge preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy required
• Demonstrate positive communication skills, oral and written
• Process improvement skills and able to leverage technology
• Good organizational and time management skills required

What Your Workday Includes

• Code process and apply customer payments by recording checks and ACH.
• Verify discrepancies and resolve customer billing issues, including customer info, and customer account details/contacts.
• Resolve collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line and contacting the customer to collect past due balances.
• Code and process vendor invoices and remittances.
• Process employee expense reports
• Maintain organized accounting files, records, and documentation.
• Assist with payroll processing and reporting as required.
• Prepare and distribute basic financial and or sales reports.
• Respond to inquiries from vendors, customers, and employees regarding invoices or payments.
• Support month-end closing and reporting activities.
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements
• Assist in year-end closing and reporting
• Prepare information as needed for outside CPA/Auditors
• Perform general administrative and accounting support as necessary.
