Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and psychosocial needs, identifying immediate and long-term support requirements.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client, incorporating therapeutic techniques appropriate for their unique situations.

• Collaborate actively with interdisciplinary teams, sharing insights about clients’ psychosocial stressors and progress, to enhance integrated care efforts.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, expertly navigating urgent situations related to mental health, substance abuse, domestic violence, and trauma.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions, treatment outcomes, and any changes in mental health status adhering to ethical and legal guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse clientele including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, and relationship difficulties. With a strong emphasis on culturally competent care, you will assess the unique backgrounds and experiences of your clients, facilitating a safe and supportive environment for healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
