This position offers a fully remote work setup, allowing for flexibility while maintaining essential work-life balance. While your main work hours will typically be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility in your schedule may be necessary to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify clients' unique needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to deliver effective individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that provide valuable information and a sense of community among participants.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic and effective treatment for all clients.

• Offer crisis intervention services to support clients facing immediate mental health challenges and emergency situations.
\n
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of client progress and treatment plans, adhering to legal, ethical, and professional standards.

• Actively engage in case consultations and team meetings for continuous improvement of patient care practices.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Experience providing therapy to individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and respect for clients.

• Sound ethical judgment with the ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries.

• Competence in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.

• A collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in a community health clinic or outpatient setting is preferred, particularly in providing care to underrepresented populations. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy delivery is a plus, as it enhances patient engagement and access to services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
