Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine the needs of clients and formulate individualized treatment plans that address specific challenges and goals.

• Provide evidence-based individualized and family therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, offering psychoeducation and peer support to build community among clients with shared experiences.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, enhancing treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC at Advocare, you will work with individuals of various ages and backgrounds, providing support tailored to their specific needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Florida.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and therapeutic modalities.

• Experience in conducting mental health assessments and developing effective, individualized treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
