Position requires a degree in Speech-Language Pathology, eligibility to begin the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) under ASHA supervision, and eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Blazer Jobs is excited to partner with one of Florida’s top school districts to hire Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026–2027 school year. With multiple positions available districtwide and flexible arrangements including onsite, hybrid, and travel roles (with tax-free stipends), this is a wonderful opportunity for both Clinical Fellows and experienced SLPs to make a difference in a supportive, student-focused environment.

Competitive hourly pay is offered between $55 and $60, and W2 contracts come with a full suite of benefits. SLPs with the CCC credential as well as SLPs pursuing their CFY are encouraged to apply—supervision for SLP-CF candidates is readily available.

Desired Background and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active or eligible Florida SLP license (SLP-CCC or currently pursuing CFY)
• Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams
• Passion for facilitating student growth and communication skills
• Flexibility to work onsite, hybrid, or travel assignments as needed
• Experience in school settings preferred, but strong clinical skillsets are welcomed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy to students with speech and language disorders
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement IEPs
• Document and monitor student progress, adjusting therapy as necessary
• Contribute to positive learning environments and support diverse student populations
• Uphold compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
