Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

You’ll empower students by assessing, planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions at Teague Middle, the Educational Support Center, and Indian Trails, with the chance to serve one or two sites depending on your assignment.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Florida State License in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Science Disorders, or related field
• Professional experience in a school setting working with diverse K-12 caseloads preferred
• Comfortable providing direct, in-person services within a supportive educational team
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Must be available for internal prescreen interviews and meet time-sensitive credentialing requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students within the K-12 continuum
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to create and adapt individualized education plans
• Conduct formal and informal assessments to identify needs and monitor progress
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation for compliance and progress tracking
• Communicate openly with teachers, families, and support staff to foster student growth
• Flex between one or two assigned schools as needed
