Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Florida State License required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field
• Prior experience in school settings or with pediatric populations highly desirable
• Flexible, collaborative, and adaptable to serve multiple campuses or a range of ages (K-12)
• Ability to complete credentialing and participate in pre-employment interviews as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy services to students in grades K-12
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and school teams to provide the best support for every student's communication needs
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with district and federal requirements
• Offer expertise in speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders and participate in IEP meetings
• Flexibly manage caseloads at one or two school sites according to the assignment
