Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid and current Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Science Disorders, or a closely related field
• Experience working with K-12 populations in school settings is highly valued
• Strong organizational and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and deliver targeted intervention for students with speech and language needs
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to implement therapy strategies and monitor student progress
• Manage required documentation and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Support campuses either fully or in a shared capacity, depending on assigned FTE
