Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a significant impact in the educational journey of students by supporting their communication needs for the 2026-2027 academic year. Opportunities are available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) interested in working directly with K-12 populations in a dynamic school environment. Multiple contract positions are open, including full-time and part-time roles, with settings spanning Teague Middle, Indian Trails, and the Educational Support Center.

Qualifications:

• Current Florida State License for Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a closely related discipline
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred, especially with K-12 caseloads
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt and prioritize in a split-campus assignment if required
• Willingness to undergo an eligibility prescreen interview as part of the credentialing process

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language services to students individually and in groups
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educational teams and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate assessment, progress, and compliance documentation
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and provide recommendations based on assessments
• Adapt service delivery to meet diverse student needs across all grade levels (K-12)
• Manage a caseload at one or two school sites, depending on assignment

You’ll gain valuable experience in a collaborative, student-centered school environment. Positions are on-site beginning August 10, 2026, through May 24, 2027, with flexible options for part-time (approx. 20 hours/week) or full-time (up to 35 hours/week) schedules.
