This role will be responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, reporting support, and assisting with monthly close activities.

- Full-Time position requiring 40 hours per week
- Monday - Friday
- 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Vacation & Sick Pay
- Health, Dental & Vision
- 401K
- Associate of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks Online experience required
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and directly with leadership
- Maintain accounting records in QuickBooks Online
- Process customer invoices and billing transactions
- Manage accounts payable and vendor payments
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card accounts
- Monitor customer aging and collection activities
- Prepare weekly cash flow and accounts receivable reports
- Assist with monthly account reconciliations
- Support month-end close activities
- Prepare reporting packages for leadership and parent company review
- Maintain accounting schedules and supporting documentation
- Support external CPA requests and year-end reporting
