Addiction Treatment Outreach Director

Role Description The Addiction Treatment Outreach Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Palm Springs, FL. This position is responsible for building and managing relationships with addiction treatment centers, referral sources, and community organizations to drive ethical, sustainable lead generation. Day‑to‑day tasks include coordinating outreach campaigns, attending and representing the agency at addiction conferences, and collaborating with internal marketing and SEO teams to align field outreach with digital strategies. The Director will monitor outreach performance, maintain accurate records of contacts and referrals, and provide feedback on market trends and community needs. This role also involves educating partners on ethical marketing practices, supporting training initiatives, and ensuring all outreach activities comply with regulatory and industry standards. Qualifications Experience in addiction treatment, behavioral health, or healthcare outreach, with a strong understanding of ethical marketing practices and compliance requirements. Background in relationship-building and business development, including managing referral networks, community partnerships, and professional collaborations. Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation concepts (e.g., SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, analytics and call tracking) sufficient to coordinate with internal marketing teams. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage treatment center leaders, clinicians, and community stakeholders. Proven organizational and project management abilities, including tracking outreach activities, measuring results, and reporting on performance. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, behavioral health, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Comfort working on-site in Palm Springs, FL, with regular local travel and occasional travel to conferences and industry events.
