Weekend requirement of 4-6 shifts per 6-week period. Patient ratio of 2:1. Highlights: 13-week travel assignment in a busy Labor and Delivery unit with 15 beds and 100-200 births per month First-time travelers welcome with appropriate experience Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, rapid response teams, and more Scrubs provided by the facility Flexible scheduling options with 36 or 48 hours per week available Up to 4 days of pre-approved time off available Requirements: Active RN license (New Mexico or Compact state license; pending licenses accepted if obtained prior to start) Minimum 2-3 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience preferred Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate (pending certifications acceptable) Experience with antepartum care, labor and delivery, C-section circulation and recovery, high-risk deliveries, and triage of obstetrical patients Proficiency with external fetal monitoring, sterile vaginal exams, central line maintenance, and electronic charting systems Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility Why Join Us?
