Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and support systems.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, defining clear goals and therapeutic interventions.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and coordinated care for each client.

• Offer crisis intervention and safety planning as necessary, ensuring timely support for clients in acute situations.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in adherence to ethical and legal standards, utilizing our electronic health record system.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, focusing on various mental health topics.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program, qualifying you for licensure as a Clinical Social Worker.

Compensation and Benefits\n
