Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Archbold, you will:

  Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses to evaluate patients’ mental health statuses, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to tailor an individualized care plan that considers cultural diversity and specific needs of our patient population.

  Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and continually assess patient progress, adjusting strategies to support treatment goals and improve mental health outcomes.

  Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records, reports, and other necessary clinical information in compliance with regulatory standards, using current technology to enhance efficiency.

  Collaborate with patients and their families to build comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring the involvement of all stakeholders in the care process, focusing on desired outcomes and established plans of care.

  Actively engage in coordinating referrals and serving as a liaison between patients and additional treatment resources, strengthening community connections for holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals and families coping with the emotional challenges associated with cancer diagnoses. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
