SDR Team Manager We are hiring SDR Team Managers to run new inbound and outbound teams. Your primary objective will be to manage and mentor a successful team of 2‑10 SDRs/BDRs, maintain a multi‑million dollar pipeline, and develop outstanding sales professionals with high integrity, empathy and a rigorous work ethic. Responsibilities Manage inbound leads and develop outbound outreach strategies for a global tech company. Lead and mentor a team of 2‑10 SDRs/BDRs, fostering growth, performance, and career advancement. Maintain a multi‑million dollar customer pipeline and drive consistent revenue growth. Experiment with new outbound approaches to adapt to market changes. Collaborate cross‑functionally to support sales, alliances and product teams. Qualifications Excellent academic results at school and university. Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business or STEM. Knowledge and passion for business development, sales and technology. Track record of delivering exceptional outbound sales development results. Commitment to continuous learning and improvement – curious, flexible, scientific. Creative problem‑solving and cross‑team collaboration. Leadership experience in any form. Able to use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement.
