Role Description This is a full-time in person role for a Business Development Officer. The Business Development Officer will focus on driving growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting market research, building and maintaining relationships with clients, preparing and delivering pitches to potential partners, analyzing financial data to support strategic decisions, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the development process. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support company goals is also essential. Qualifications Proven experience in New Business Development and the ability to identify and seize growth opportunities Strong Analytical and Financial skills to evaluate business opportunities and make data-driven decisions Excellent Communication skills for building and maintaining fruitful client relationships Customer Service experience to deliver exceptional support and ensure client satisfaction Ability to work independently in a remote environment and deliver results Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or related industries is a plus Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools is an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr Alina TeleHealth
