Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work-life balance while supporting your professional responsibilities. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 7 PM, and we accommodate flexible shifts such as 4x10 or 5x8 schedules. This ensures our counselors can maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life, reflecting our philosophy that we can only help others thrive if we prioritize our own wellness.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will undertake a variety of vital responsibilities aimed at providing exceptional mental health care. Your key duties will include:

• Conducting psychotherapy or counseling sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, using evidence-based practices.

• Interviewing clients to gather and analyze social, personal, environmental, and health data essential for effective care planning.
\n
• Assessing and treating a range of psychological issues within your scope of practice, including emotional, behavioral, and mental health disorders.
\n
• Coordinating client programs and activities to address their social and emotional needs through individualized care plans.
\n
• Facilitating cognitive, affective, and behavioral health cases, including short-term crisis intervention and connecting clients to community resources.
\n
• Building and maintaining trusting relationships with clients to foster an environment of mutual respect and acceptance.
\n
• Regularly evaluating the effectiveness of treatment services and adjusting care strategies as necessary.

• Documenting all client interactions and treatment plans diligently, adhering to established protocols and requirements.

• Managing a caseload effectively to ensure timely and responsive care while keeping documentation up to date.

• Participating in team meetings and continuing education opportunities to enhance professional knowledge and skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will range widely in age and demographic background, including individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, relationship issues, and grief. Your expertise in recognizing and addressing these diverse needs will play a crucial role in achieving positive outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Possess a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Utilize a client-centered approach in all interactions and therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

Preferred qualifications include:

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or a related area.

• Prior experience in treating behavioral health issues such as mood disorders, substance dependency, family and marital counseling, and grief and loss support.

• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused therapy is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
