Desktop Support Engineer

Deliver hands-on, "white glove" technical support across Windows, macOS, and iOS for traders, executives, and research staff, resolving hardware, software, network, and market data issues. Manage user onboarding/offboarding, account/permissions administration, mobile device management (Intune), and AV/conferencing systems (Zoom, Teams, Cisco). Support VDI environments for secure remote access, and use an ITSM platform to log, track, and document resolutions and knowledge base content. Identify automation and workflow improvements, and provide after-hours/weekend on-call support as part of a rotation. Requirements 2-4 years of IT support experience in financial services, with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Experience supporting enterprise desktop environments (Windows 11, Office 365), endpoint management/software deployment, and identity/access management and security group administration. Working knowledge of basic networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP), cloud collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive), and AV/remote conferencing setups. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and prioritization skills, with comfort providing professional, high-touch support directly to traders, executives, and analysts in a fast-paced, on-site environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Atlas Search
