Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients in both virtual and in-person settings to assess their needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide psychosocial support.

• Conduct thorough risk assessments, crisis interventions, and create evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s situation.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and nurses, to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on empowering clients to utilize coping strategies and develop skills necessary for recovery.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and any incidents that occur, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

• Participate in bi-weekly team meetings to discuss Caseload management, treatment progress, and identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery.

• Provide on-call coverage during designated hours to support clients' needs outside of regular working hours.

• Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 85,000 yearly , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
