Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns and develop comprehensive treatment plans that address their individual needs.

• Deliver direct therapy to clients via various modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices, adapting your approach based on their unique situations.

• Establish personalized therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy services to clients who prefer or require virtual sessions, ensuring access to treatment for those with mobility or transportation issues.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws governing mental health practices.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, participating in workshops, seminars, and training to continually enhance your clinical skills and knowledge of best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse client backgrounds and present unique challenges, allowing you to apply your expertise while contributing to their healing process.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in the state of Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enable the establishment of a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• A compassionate and empathetic nature, demonstrating a non-judgmental attitude toward clients' experiences.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage your caseload and administrative duties.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working in a community health clinic setting is a plus.
