Role Overview: Private Capital Deal Scout

Initio Sphere is onboarding Private Capital Deal Scouts to identify, originate, and introduce qualified investment opportunities to our investor and fund manager network.

This is not an employment role . Deal Scouts operate as independent contractors and are activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Deal Scouts:

• Source and submit qualified off-market or proprietary investment opportunities

• Introduce deals to vetted investors and sponsors within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

• Participate in live transactions through curated introductions

• Earn transaction-based compensation when deals close

• Build a verified deal history and sourcing reputation on the platform

This role is ideal for professionals already close to real deal flow, not aspiring cold callers.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Deal Scouts may be engaged to:

• Source proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities

• Submit deals that meet Initio Sphere’s qualification standards

• Provide high-level deal context (asset, structure, size, economics, thesis)

• Facilitate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners

• Support early-stage handoff into diligence and execution workflows

Deal Scouts do not underwrite deals, build models, raise capital, or negotiate terms.
All technical diligence and analysis is handled by certified analysts on the platform.

Eligible Deal Types

Based on experience and approval category, Deal Scouts may submit opportunities across:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private equity and growth equity transactions

• Operating businesses and founder-led companies

• Special situations, structured, or opportunistic investments

Deal categories are approved based on demonstrated sourcing credibility and relevance.

Compensation & Economics

• Compensation is success-based only

• Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction

• Paid only after successful deal close and fee collection

• Exact economics vary by deal size, structure, and Scout involvement

• No earnings caps for consistently high-quality deal flow

How Deal Scouts Get Activated

1. Submit a Deal Scout application with background details

2. Complete verification and deal-category approval

3. Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin submitting qualified opportunities to the network

There is no cold applying to funds and no blind pitching .
Approved deals are introduced through curated, platform-driven channels.

• Provide investment advice

• Solicit securities

• Market investments to the general public

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All activity is limited to deal introduction and relationship facilitation and must comply with applicable securities laws.
