Investment Deal Scout (Certified Contractor)
Initio Sphere — Private Capital Ecosystem

Compensation:
Deal-based earnings + performance bonuses
(Typically $1,000–$10,000+ per closed transaction, based on deal size and Scout role)

Our platform is built for professionals who want real exposure, real upside, and real credibility —not job boards, not spreadsheets, and not unpaid sourcing.

Initio Sphere is onboarding Investment Deal Scouts to identify, originate, and introduce qualified investment opportunities to our verified investor and fund manager network.

This is not an employment role . Investment Deal Scouts operate as independent contractors , activated through a verification and category-approval process.

Once approved, Investment Deal Scouts:

• Source and submit qualified off-market or proprietary investment opportunities

• Introduce deals to capital allocators and sponsors within the Initio Sphere network

• Earn transaction-based compensation on deals that successfully close

• Build a verified investment deal track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals already close to live investment opportunities, including operators, brokers, intermediaries, advisors, founders, and well-networked industry professionals.

Approved Investment Deal Scouts may be engaged to:

• Source proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities

• Submit deals through Initio Sphere’s structured intake process

• Provide high-level investment context (asset type, structure, economics, investment thesis)

• Coordinate warm introductions between deal principals and capital partners

• Support early-stage diligence handoff to Initio Sphere analysts

Investment Deal Scouts are not responsible for underwriting, financial modeling, diligence execution, or capital raising.

Based on experience and approval category, Investment Deal Scouts may submit opportunities across:

• Commercial Real Estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private Equity and Growth Equity transactions

• Operating Businesses and Special Situations

• Structured, Opportunistic, or Situational Investments

Investment categories are approved based on demonstrated sourcing credibility and transaction relevance.

• Investment Deal Scouts earn success-based compensation only

• Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction

• Compensation is paid upon successful close and fee collection

• Economics vary by deal size, structure, and Scout involvement

• No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality investment opportunities

1. Submit an Investment Deal Scout application with background and sourcing details

2. Complete verification and investment category approval

3. Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin submitting qualified investment opportunities to the network

There is no cold outreach to funds and no blind pitching .
Approved opportunities are introduced through curated, platform-driven channels.

Investment Deal Scouts do not :

• Provide investment advice

• Solicit securities

• Market investments to the general public

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All activity is limited to investment opportunity introduction and relationship facilitation and must comply with applicable securities laws.

• Operators with visibility into live investment opportunities

• Brokers and intermediaries with proprietary or early-stage deal flow

• Advisors, consultants, or founders close to capital needs

• Networked professionals who consistently hear about deals before they broadly circulate

• Monetize investment deal flow without launching a fund

• Earn on transactions without underwriting or balance-sheet risk

• Work directly with credible, verified capital allocators

• Build long-term trust, signal, and a visible deal history

• One ecosystem for sourcing, credibility, and upside
