Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Investment Deal Scouts to identify, originate, and introduce qualified investment opportunities to its investor and fund manager network.

This is not an employment role. Investment Deal Scouts operate as certified independent contractors and are activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Investment Deal Scouts:

• Source and submit qualified, off-market, or early-stage investment opportunities

• Work directly with capital allocators, sponsors, and operators on live deals

• Earn transaction-based compensation for successfully closed transactions

• Build a verified investment deal track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals already close to deal flow, including operators, brokers, intermediaries, advisors, and well-networked professionals.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Investment Deal Scouts may:

• Source proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities

• Submit deals through Initio Sphere’s structured intake process

• Provide high-level deal context (asset, structure, capital needs, economics, investment thesis)

• Coordinate warm introductions between deal principals and aligned capital partners

• Support early-stage diligence handoff to analysts and advisors

Investment Deal Scouts do not underwrite transactions, build financial models, raise capital, or manage deals.

Eligible Deal Types

Based on experience and approval, Investment Deal Scouts may submit opportunities across:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private equity, growth equity, and buyout transactions

• Operating businesses and special situations

• Structured, credit, or opportunistic investments

Deal categories are approved based on demonstrated sourcing credibility and market access.

Compensation & Economics

• Success-based compensation only

• Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction

• Compensation paid upon successful deal close and fee collection

• Economics vary by deal size, structure, and Scout involvement

• No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality deal flow

How Investment Deal Scouts Get Activated

1. Submit an Investment Deal Scout application with background and sourcing details

2. Complete verification and deal-category approval

3. Get certified and activated within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin submitting qualified investment opportunities through curated channels

There is no cold applying to funds and no blind pitching .
Approved deals are introduced through controlled, platform-driven processes.

• Provide investment advice

• Market investments to the general public

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All activity is limited to deal identification, introduction, and relationship facilitation and must comply with applicable securities laws.
