Role Overview: Investment Deal Scout

Initio Sphere is onboarding Investment Deal Scouts to identify, originate, and introduce qualified investment opportunities to our investor and fund manager network.

This is not an employment role . Investment Deal Scouts operate as independent contractors and are activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Investment Deal Scouts:

• Source and submit qualified off-market or proprietary investment opportunities

• Introduce deals to active capital allocators and sponsors on the platform

• Participate in live transactions through curated introductions

• Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that successfully close

• Build a verified investment sourcing track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals already embedded in deal flow and trusted networks.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Investment Deal Scouts may:

• Source proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities

• Submit deals that meet Initio Sphere’s qualification standards

• Provide high-level deal context (asset type, structure, size, economics, thesis)

• Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners

• Support early-stage diligence handoff to certified analysts and sponsors

Investment Deal Scouts do not underwrite transactions, build financial models, raise capital, or negotiate deal terms.
All analytical and execution work is handled by certified professionals on the platform.

Eligible Investment Types

Based on approval category, Investment Deal Scouts may submit opportunities across:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private equity and growth equity transactions

• Operating businesses and founder-led companies

• Special situations, structured investments, or opportunistic deals

Investment categories are approved based on demonstrated sourcing credibility.

Compensation & Economics

• Compensation is success-based only

• Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction

• Paid only after successful transaction close and fee collection

• Economics vary by deal size, structure, and Scout involvement

• No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality deal flow

How Investment Deal Scouts Get Activated

1. Submit an Investment Deal Scout application with background details

2. Complete verification and investment category approval

3. Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin submitting qualified opportunities to the network

There is no cold applying to funds and no blind pitching .
Approved deals are introduced through curated, platform-driven channels.

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All activity is limited to deal introduction and relationship facilitation and must comply with applicable securities laws.
