Initio Sphere — Private Capital Ecosystem

Compensation:
Deal-based success fees + performance bonuses
(Typically $1,000–$10,000+ per closed transaction, based on deal size, complexity, and role)

Initio Sphere is a private capital ecosystem where capital meets talent. We connect fund managers, investors, and operators with curated deal flow, institutional-grade analyst support, and execution infrastructure across private markets.

This is not a job board, CRM, or unpaid sourcing platform. Initio Sphere is built for professionals who want real exposure, real upside, and a verifiable deal track record inside a serious capital network.

Initio Sphere is onboarding Private Investment Scouts to identify, originate, and introduce qualified investment opportunities to our investor and fund manager network.

Private Investment Scouts operate as independent contractors , activated through a verification and category-approval process. This is not an employment role .

Once approved, Private Investment Scouts:

• Source and submit qualified off-market or proprietary investments

• Introduce live opportunities to aligned capital allocators and sponsors

• Earn transaction-based compensation on closed deals

• Build a verified deal history within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is designed for professionals already close to deal flow—not career applicants or cold outreach generalists.

Approved Private Investment Scouts may:

• Source proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities

• Introduce qualified deals to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network

• Provide high-level deal context (asset, structure, economics, investment thesis)

• Coordinate initial introductions between principals and capital partners

• Support early-stage diligence handoff (modeling and underwriting handled by analysts)

Scouts are not responsible for underwriting, financial modeling, or raising capital.

Based on experience and approval, Private Investment Scouts may submit opportunities across:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private equity and growth equity transactions

• Operating businesses and special situations

• Structured, distressed, or opportunistic investments

Category access is granted based on demonstrated sourcing credibility and domain experience.

• Success-based compensation only

• Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction

• Compensation paid upon successful close and fee collection

• Economics vary by deal size, structure, and Scout involvement

• No cap on earnings for consistently high-quality deal flow

1. Submit a Private Investment Scout application and background details

2. Complete verification and investment category approval

3. Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin submitting qualified opportunities through curated channels

There is no cold pitching to funds and no blind outreach . All introductions are platform-driven and relationship-aligned.

Private Investment Scouts do not :

• Provide investment advice

• Solicit securities

• Market investments to the general public

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All activity is limited to deal introduction and relationship facilitation and must comply with applicable securities laws.

• Operators with visibility into real transactions

• Brokers or intermediaries with proprietary deal flow

• Advisors, consultants, or founders close to capital needs

• Networked professionals who consistently hear about deals early

• Monetize deal flow without launching a fund

• Earn on transactions without underwriting or balance-sheet risk

• Work directly with credible capital allocators

• Build long-term signal, trust, and a verified deal track record

• One ecosystem for sourcing, credibility, and upside
