Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Capital Sourcing Analysts to identify, originate, and introduce qualified investment opportunities to our network of investors and fund managers.

This is not an employment role . Capital Sourcing Analysts operate as independent contractors , activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Capital Sourcing Analysts:

• Source and submit qualified off-market or proprietary opportunities

• Introduce deals to institutional investors and capital partners

• Support early-stage deal positioning and handoff

• Earn transaction-based compensation on successful closings

• Build a verified deal track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals already close to deal flow, including operators, brokers, intermediaries, advisors, and highly networked professionals.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Capital Sourcing Analysts may:

• Source proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities

• Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network

• Provide high-level deal context (asset, structure, economics, thesis)

• Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners

• Support early-stage diligence transition (financial modeling and underwriting are handled by analysts and sponsors)

Capital Sourcing Analysts are not responsible for underwriting, financial modeling, or capital raising.

Eligible Deal Types

Based on experience and approval, Capital Sourcing Analysts may submit opportunities across:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private equity and growth equity transactions

• Operating businesses and special situations

• Structured, opportunistic, or hybrid investments

Deal categories are approved based on demonstrated sourcing credibility and domain experience.

Compensation & Economics

• Success-based compensation only

• Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction

• Compensation is paid upon successful close and fee collection

• Economics vary by deal size, structure, and sourcing role

• No caps on earnings for consistent, high-quality deal flow

1. Submit a Capital Sourcing Analyst application and background details

2. Complete verification and deal category approval

3. Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin submitting qualified opportunities through curated channels

There is no cold outreach to funds and no blind pitching .
Approved deals are introduced through platform-driven, vetted pathways.
