Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Capital Markets Scouts to identify, originate, and introduce qualified capital market–oriented opportunities to our investor, lender, and fund manager network.

This is not an employment role . Capital Markets Scouts operate as independent contractors , activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Scouts:

• Source and submit qualified capital opportunities and transactions

• Introduce issuers, sponsors, and operators to aligned capital partners

• Earn transaction-based compensation on closed financings or investments

• Build a verified capital markets track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals embedded in capital flows, including intermediaries, advisors, operators, placement-adjacent professionals, and highly networked individuals with insight into financing activity.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Capital Markets Scouts may:

• Identify proprietary or semi-proprietary capital opportunities (equity, debt, or structured)

• Introduce opportunities to Initio Sphere’s capital allocator and sponsor network

• Provide high-level context on issuer profile, use of proceeds, structure, and economics

• Coordinate initial introductions between issuers, sponsors, and capital partners

• Support early-stage diligence handoff (Initio Sphere analysts support evaluation and materials)

Scouts are not responsible for underwriting, financial modeling, or active capital raising.

Eligible Opportunity Types

Based on approval, Capital Markets Scouts may submit opportunities across:

• Private credit, structured debt, and special situations

• Equity and hybrid capital raises in private markets

• Sponsor-led financings and recapitalizations

• Asset-backed, opportunistic, or bespoke capital structures

• Select real assets and operating business financings

Opportunity categories are approved based on demonstrated experience and sourcing credibility.

Compensation & Economics

• Success-based compensation only

• Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction

• Compensation paid upon successful close and fee collection

• Exact economics vary by transaction size, structure, and Scout involvement

• No cap on earnings for consistently high-quality capital opportunities

Activation Process

To become a Capital Markets Scout:

1. Submit an application with background and capital markets exposure

2. Complete verification and opportunity category approval

3. Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin submitting qualified capital opportunities

There is no cold outreach to funds or lenders and no blind pitching.
Approved opportunities are introduced through curated, platform-driven channels.

Compliance Notice

Capital Markets Scouts do not :

• Provide investment advice

• Solicit securities

• Market offerings to the general public

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated or broker-dealer capacity

All activity is limited to opportunity identification, introductions, and relationship facilitation, in compliance with applicable securities laws.
