Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Capital Markets Scouts to identify, originate, and introduce qualified investment opportunities to our investor, sponsor, and fund manager network.

This is not an employment role . Capital Markets Scouts operate as independent contractors and are activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Capital Markets Scouts:

• Source and submit qualified off-market or proprietary investment opportunities

• Introduce deals directly into Initio Sphere’s capital network

• Collaborate with investors and sponsors on live transactions

• Earn transaction-based compensation on closed deals

• Build a verified deal history and sourcing track record within the ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals already close to deal flow, including operators, brokers, intermediaries, advisors, and highly networked capital markets professionals.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Capital Markets Scouts may:

• Source proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities

• Submit qualified deals through Initio Sphere’s platform

• Provide high-level deal context (asset overview, structure, economics, investment thesis)

• Facilitate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners

• Support early-stage diligence handoff to Initio Sphere analysts

Capital Markets Scouts do not underwrite deals, build financial models, raise capital, or negotiate transaction terms.

Eligible Deal Types

Based on approval and demonstrated sourcing credibility, Capital Markets Scouts may submit opportunities across:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private equity and growth equity transactions

• Operating businesses and special situations

• Structured, opportunistic, or hybrid investments

Deal categories are approved based on experience, sourcing quality, and relevance to the network.

Compensation & Deal Economics

• Success-based compensation only (no hourly pay)

• Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction

• Compensation paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection

• Exact economics vary by deal size, structure, and Scout involvement

• No cap on earnings for consistently high-quality deal flow

How Capital Markets Scouts Get Activated

1. Submit a Capital Markets Scout application with background and sourcing experience

2. Complete verification and deal category approval

3. Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin submitting qualified opportunities to the network

There is no cold pitching to funds and no blind outreach. Approved deals are introduced through curated, platform-driven channels.

• Provide investment advice

• Solicit securities

• Market investments to the general public

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All activity is limited to deal identification, introduction, and relationship facilitation and must comply with applicable securities laws.
