Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Private Equity Deal Scouts to identify, originate, and introduce qualified private equity investment opportunities to our investor and sponsor network.

This is not an employment role . Private Equity Deal Scouts operate as independent contractors , activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Deal Scouts:

• Source and submit proprietary or off-market private equity deals

• Introduce qualified opportunities to vetted private equity sponsors and capital partners

• Earn transaction-based compensation on deals that successfully close

• Build a verified private equity deal track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals already close to deal flow, including operators, advisors, intermediaries, former bankers, consultants, and highly networked professionals.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Private Equity Deal Scouts may:

• Source proprietary or semi-proprietary private equity opportunities

• Identify lower-middle-market and middle-market transactions

• Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s private equity and sponsor network

• Provide high-level deal context (business model, ownership, size, structure, investment thesis)

• Coordinate initial introductions between sellers, sponsors, and capital partners

• Support early-stage diligence handoff to Initio Sphere analysts and sponsors

Deal Scouts are not responsible for financial modeling, underwriting, valuation, or capital raising.
Those functions are handled by analysts, sponsors, and funds.

Eligible Deal Types

Based on approval and sourcing credibility, Private Equity Deal Scouts may submit opportunities across:

• Lower-middle-market and middle-market private equity transactions

• Founder-owned and family-owned business acquisitions

• Platform investments and add-on acquisitions

• Growth equity and minority investments

• Special situations and complex ownership transitions

Deal categories are approved based on demonstrated experience, access, and sourcing credibility.

Compensation & Economics

• Deal Scouts earn success-based compensation only

• Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction

• Compensation is paid only after successful transaction close and fee collection

• Economics vary by deal size, structure, and Scout role in origination

• No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality deal flow

How Deal Scouts Get Activated

1. Submit a Private Equity Deal Scout application and background details

2. Complete verification and deal category approval

3. Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin submitting qualified private equity deals

There is no cold applying , no blind pitching, and no mass outreach.
Approved deals are introduced through curated, platform-driven channels directly to active sponsors and funds.

Compliance Notice

Private Equity Deal Scouts do not :

• Provide investment advice

• Solicit securities

• Market investments to the general public

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated or broker-dealer capacity

All activity is limited to deal introduction and relationship facilitation and must comply with applicable securities laws.
