TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Winston Salem, North Carolina, 27103!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years License: Must have a valid nursing license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Epic experience IV Start Telemetry skills Description: RTO after booking is not allowed and cannot be worked out onsite. Any call-offs or additional RTO may result in cancellation. A minimum of two years of experience is required. Unit will accept first-time travelers. Locals are accepted with a rate difference. Skills include IV start and telemetry. BLS certification is mandatory. EPIC experience is required. Target ratios are 1:6/7 with a maximum of 1:7 during high census. Unit will accept contracts of 13 weeks or longer. Shift is 12-hour nights, from 18:45 to 07:15. RTO of 7 days max is allowed. Floating may be required as needed. Every other weekend work is required. Patients primarily have medical surgical diagnoses. Unit systems include Pyxis, EPIC, and SBAR. Self-scheduling is utilized. Patients are adults, with a daily census of around 40. Staffing support includes various interdisciplinary teams. Candidates must adhere to the no-call-off policy. Must pass EKG testing prior to starting. Candidates must be open to floating within or near the facility. Pre-start modules are non-billable and should be completed prior to start.
