Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify their objectives, requirements, and rehabilitation goals in a healthcare setting.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based techniques and align the patient's specific needs.
• Manage your patient load efficiently, aiming to see one patient per hour while maintaining high standards of care.
• Implement and adjust cost-effective treatment modalities to maximize patient outcomes, promoting improvements in motion, mobility, and overall function.
• Engage in frequent consultation and collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.
• Closely monitor patient progress throughout the treatment process, documenting all evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their families regarding their conditions, treatment options, and preventative measures.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve an outpatient population, with a focus on orthopedic conditions, including post-operative recovery, musculoskeletal injuries, and preventative care. The diverse client base encompasses individuals of varying ages and physical capabilities, allowing you the opportunity to apply your expertise across multiple scenarios, enhancing patient mobility and functional independence.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience within an orthopedic outpatient environment.
• A proven track record of high standards in patient care with a clean background and no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong skills in manual therapy techniques and evidence-based rehabilitation practices.
• Exceptional ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and billing.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques such as dry needling, sports rehabilitation, or pediatric therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
