Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at our clinic, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough consultations with patients to evaluate their physical conditions and understand their specific symptoms.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunctions based on assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Instructing patients in therapeutic exercise techniques to ensure correct application and maximize healing outcomes.
• Utilizing hands-on techniques such as manual therapy, stimulation, or massage to promote recovery and alleviate pain.
• Guiding patients in the proper use of mobility aids, including wheelchairs or walkers, to enhance their functionality and independence.
• Maintaining meticulous patient records, tracking treatment goals, and monitoring progress through ongoing assessments.
• Providing valuable advice to patients and their families regarding home exercise programs and treatment options available outside the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficient computer and word processing skills for documentation and reporting.
• Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Preferred Experience

We value experience in the field, and candidates with at least 2 years of relevant physical therapy experience will be preferred. Experience working in outpatient settings and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities will set you apart.

Compensation and Benefits
