Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, reviewing pertinent medical history and performing specific physical assessments to create comprehensive treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their families on evaluation findings, treatment strategies, and the goals of therapy, ensuring active involvement in the rehabilitation process.
• Implement individualized treatment protocols based on evaluation findings, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each patient's unique condition.
• Regularly communicate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, providing integrated treatment approaches when necessary.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes, documenting all changes in progress notes and relevant systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with patients experiencing various musculoskeletal and neurological issues, particularly in the context of foot and ankle disorders. Our clientele includes active individuals seeking recovery from sports injuries, patients navigating postoperative rehabilitation, and those managing chronic pain. Your role will be crucial in restoring their mobility and enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Valid and active Physical Therapist license and registration in the state of New Jersey.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
