Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our Bogota office, where patients benefit from an engaging and supportive atmosphere. We operate Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured work-life balance. As a part of our outpatient care, therapists will engage with a diverse patient population in a professional and friendly setting, equipped with the latest rehabilitation technologies and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments to evaluate patients' movement disorders, strength, balance, and mobility limitations.
• Utilize clinical expertise to identify underlying causes of pain and dysfunction, applying evidence-based techniques to develop effective treatment plans.
• Work closely with patients to set realistic rehabilitation goals, providing motivation and adjustment of programs as needed to support their progress.
• Create and implement individualized rehabilitation programs tailored to each patient's specific condition, lifestyle, and recovery goals.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Educate patients on safe injury prevention practices, rehabilitation exercises, and wellness strategies to promote their overall health.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed about industry trends, innovative treatment techniques, and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at InCore, you will work with a varied client base that includes individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical patients, and those with chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Valid and current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New Jersey.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy clinical or outpatient setting.
• Demonstrable communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with patients and team members.
• Ability to develop, implement, and assess patient-specific treatment plans effectively.
• A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care, with a focus on patients' needs and their recovery processes.
• Capacity to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation or sports medicine is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and rehabilitation tracking software.

Compensation and Benefits
