Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their mental health histories, concerns, and goals.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to individual client needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant therapies.

• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.

• Provide teletherapy sessions that encompass supportive talk therapy and symptom management strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is timely and precise.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge, attending workshops and webinars as applicable.

You will work with clients experiencing conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and personal trauma. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-R (LCSW-R).

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
