Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver remote, evidence-based mental health care by guiding participants through an 8-week therapeutic program tailored to their needs.

• Monitor and document participant progress meticulously, ensuring effective communication and implementing care coordination recommendations.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals on a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support to participants in accessing essential resources.

• Conduct risk assessments for participants exhibiting high-risk behaviors and elevate safety concerns following established company protocols.

• Engage in regular supervision meetings, participate in monthly team updates, and attend Town Hall discussions to stay aligned with organizational goals and updates.

• Uphold strict confidentiality standards as outlined by HIPAA, completing all required training and compliance reviews annually.

• Receive ongoing feedback and performance evaluations to guide your professional growth and enhance your skills in delivering effective mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on diverse client populations requiring support for various mental health conditions. You will utilize evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), helping participants to cultivate coping strategies, develop actionable skills, and create durable, healthy habits.

Qualifications\n

• A current license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is also acceptable.
