This role is 100% remote, allowing for flexibility while directly supporting our school-based programs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients, identifying their social, emotional, and environmental challenges to tailor services effectively.

• Develop and execute detailed service plans that include specific goals, interventions, and methods for tracking progress.

• Deliver individual and family counseling sessions, applying evidence-based therapeutic methods to help clients navigate their situations.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, performing risk assessments and creating safety plans to protect clients in emergent circumstances.

• Provide advocacy by connecting clients to essential community resources and liaising with other agencies for coordinated care.

• Participate in case conferences and team meetings to share insights and collaborate on the best approaches for client care.

• Conduct community outreach to raise awareness of our services and educate residents about available support mechanisms.

• Stay informed of best practices in social work and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to maintain licensure and enhance skillsets.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
