Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather pertinent information regarding clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and potential challenges.

• Implement individual, family, and group therapy sessions using multiple evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, setting achievable therapeutic goals and appropriate interventions.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to maintain coordinated and holistic care for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention by assessing risk and developing safety plans when necessary, ensuring the immediate well-being of clients.

• Facilitate various therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups aimed at nurturing community, understanding, and shared experiences among clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
