Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the social, emotional, and psychological needs of clients, which will guide your therapeutic approach.

• Provide individualized counseling services, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods, to promote healing and personal growth.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that encourage peer support and foster community connections among participants.
\n
• Develop and implement customized service plans aligned with each client's goals and aspirations, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Advocate for clients to ensure they have access to the necessary resources and services, addressing social injustice issues when they arise.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to program development, evaluation, and grant reporting to improve service delivery.

• Engage in community outreach activities and training sessions that complement our mission and enhance public awareness of mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will include a diverse array of individuals and families from various socioeconomic backgrounds, particularly those affected by substance use disorders, trauma, and mental health challenges. You will work with populations who may be marginalized or underserved, applying a trauma-informed care approach that integrates empathy, respect, and cultural competence into every interaction. This focus on individualized care fosters a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and initiate change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client cases effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
