This position offers the flexibility of remote work while serving clients in a hospice center. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a skilled team of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other clinical staff. You'll conduct therapy sessions, assessments, and support planning from the comfort of your home, while maintaining strong connections with clients and colleagues through telehealth platforms. The role may involve flexible scheduling, including some evening or weekend hours to accommodate the varying needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns and identify their strengths and resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using a range of evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans that align with clients' goals.

• Facilitate crisis interventions, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as required, ensuring the well-being of clients during critical moments.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, adhering to best practices for client confidentiality and care.

• Organize and lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, fostering an environment of support and shared learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will primarily support patients at the hospice center who are navigating complex emotional and psychological challenges at the end stages of life. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.

• At least 2 years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting, with a focus on end-of-life care being highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
