Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' presenting issues, histories, and treatment goals, utilizing tools such as the Beck Depression Inventory and clinical interviews.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions for clients, including individual, couples, and family therapy, employing evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based strategies.

• Develop customized treatment plans that address the unique challenges clients face, guiding them towards measurable goals and positive outcomes.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adapt treatment modalities in collaboration with clients to ensure optimal support and enhanced therapeutic effectiveness.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Valid and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a private practice or hospice environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
